Natalya Lemeshchuk is the Managing Partner of LEX INTELS and an internationally qualified lawyer specializing in intellectual property, digital and IT law, artificial intelligence regulation, media and e-commerce law, commercial project structuring, and the resolution of complex disputes, including cross-border matters.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Natalya began her legal career as in-house counsel at a commercial bank, later continued her practice within a group of companies operating in the capital markets sector, and subsequently held the position of legal counsel at one of Ukraine’s leading FMCG food manufacturing companies for several years. This corporate and financial background shaped her practical, business-oriented approach to legal support and legal risk management.

As an attorney-at-law and Ukrainian patent attorney, she councels companies, technology businesses, brand owners, as well as authors and performers on the protection, commercialization, and strategic management of their rights and assets. Natalya also represents clients before the Ukrainian National IP Office, collective copyright management organizations, and provides legal protection of their rights before courts, arbitral tribunals, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, and other enforcement authorities in matters related to trademarks, patents, industrial designs, copyright and related rights, unfair competition, and commercial disputes. She supports clients entering Ukrainian, European and international markets by providing strategic legal guidance on intellectual property portfolio development, digital business compliance, e-commerce regulation, data protection and risk management for innovative products and services. Her practice frequently includes coordinating multi-jurisdictional protection strategies and aligning legal solutions with clients’ commercial objectives.

Natalya’s British Executive MBA education, with a specialisation in marketing, enables her to approach legal matters beyond purely legal considerations and within a broader business context. She assists clients in transforming intellectual property into a key business asset by aligning legal protection with brand positioning, market expansion and investment strategy. As a certified mediator, she also applies negotiation and mediation techniques to help clients achieve effective, business-oriented outcomes in dispute resolution.

Natalya serves as Chair of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Council of Advocates of the Odesa Region, contributing to the development of professional practice in this field.
