Tetiana is an intellectual property specialist with many years of professional experience. She graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with a degree in “Acoustic Devices and Systems”, and from the Institute of Intellectual Property and Law with a degree in “Intellectual Property”.
From 1998 to 2023, Tetiana worked at the Ukrainian Patent Office (Ukrpatent — UKRNOIVI), where she held the position of examiner, and from 2000 onwards, chief examiner in the department responsible for examining applications for inventions, utility models and topographies of integrated circuits. In 2023, Tetiana joined the team at LEX INTELS, and, in 2025, she was certified as a patent attorney.
In her practice, Tetiana conducts patent information searches, analyses patentability, prepares opinions and recommendations for clients, and drafts and handles applications for inventions, utility models and industrial designs, including correspondence with the examination department and preparing responses to requests from the patent office.
